Sue Tredget – Beyond Blue.
Sue Tredget is a language teacher who has taught in France, Spain, England and most recently Perth, where she has lived since 1999.
Sue is a volunteer speaker for Beyond Blue, a national organisation that works to raise awareness about anxiety and depression, reduce the associated stigma and encourage people to get help.
She became a Beyond Blue speaker to share her lived experience with audiences as part of her commitment to encourage and offer hope to those whose lives have been affected by mental health conditions.
Sue is married and is the proud mother of two beautiful boys. Her interests include travel-ling, reading, writing and cooking. She loves all kinds of music and plays the clarinet and piano. Sue enjoys many forms of exercise and loves sport, movies, good food and wine, and the beauty of the natural world.
